Disabled Elderly Man kicked out of his home by corrupt city
Dedicated to Protect the Public against Fraud and Corruption by LOCAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS
Top Stories
City of Gardiner Maine
A disabled elderly Gardiner man living on a fixed income loses his home because City OFFICIALS refuse to give him a tax abatement. The worst part is that City OFFICIALS have increased the property tax by 3 times over and refuse to issue repair permits because he owes back taxes. The city says the property is worth $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 according to city tax records. In a Kennebec Journal article dated March 22, 2007 the city says the property is worthless and is considering giving it away. How exactly is it possible to charge $70,000. 00 valuation on a worthless piece of property. It is apparent that the city has deliberately targeted the elderly man for the purpose of kicking him out of his own home ILLEGALLY
Take a look at these photos is this property worth $70,000.00?

Jeff Kobrock Town Manager, a must Read "Is He Crooked"
The city of Gardiner Maine records back up my side of the story and I haven't revealed everything yet. How do you justify doubling a man's taxes and then try to kick him out of his own home by not allowing him to fix it. How do you justify that? Answer Jeff Kobrock's Law. How do you justify on the one hand trying to condemn a man's house and then on the other hand increasing the mans tax bill by upping & nbsp;the tax value by an additional $20,000.00. This has all been documented. The city of Gardiner Maine & nbsp;records show this to be true, additional records with Jeff Kobrock's & nbsp;signature prove it further. Jeff Kobrock lets talk about your problem. This is your problem Jeff Kobrock.

City of Gardiner Maine Misconduct Leads To Allegations of Hud Fraud.
The following town documents have been found at the City of Gardiner Maine web site, these documents pertain to the OCDBG & nbsp;federal housing grant money that the City of Gardiner Maine had received from Hud . According to these documents, the City of Gardiner Maine enacted special housing rules for certain people. I just happen to find these by accident the day before they had been removed, by strange concidence the same day I sent email to all the council members at the City of Gardiner Maine. These documents & nbsp;do not appear to be on the City of Gardiner Maine web site anymore. According to these documents special rules were made and applied to fit the out come of certain individual applicants based on the City of Gardiner Maine preference, the rules were customized to fit certain individuals & nbsp;

Don't fix your toilet In Gardiner Maine or you will be arrested.
City of Gardiner Maine breaks law by denying plumbing permit
City of Gardiner Maine says "WE HAVE TO FIX THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST" (IT IS ILLEGAL) Then they send the police to explain why their illegal action of denying a plumbing permit is legal and they use the law to do it. Don't try to fix your toilet in the city of Gardiner or you will get arrested. If the whole thing wasn't so stupid, It would be funny. The entire thing was recorded on video. Jeff Kobrock has gone off the wall, now he's doing it with building permits. A man has the right to fix his house that is falling down, that is the, law but don't try to explain that in the city of Gardiner Maine "they have to fix these mistakes" I think they should fix themselves a new job.
